Lorraine HIRD Obituary
Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on 6th February 2017. Aged 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Darling Mum of Denise and Gary, Karen and Andy Roche. Special 'Rani' of Brian and Lyndal, Karli and Hilton, and Stacey. 'Super Rani' of Finn, Tyler, Archie, and Liam.
"Together again with Dad, tending life's garden."
A service for Lorraine will be held at St Peter's Anglican Church, Beach Road, Katikati, on Friday 10th February at 2.30pm followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St John Katikati and can be left at the service. All communications to Hird Family, 26 Woodlands Road, RD 3, Katikati.

You have my heartfelt sympathy Denise. To lose one parent is very hard to bear but to lose both your parents in such a short space of time must take all your strength to endure. I am unable to attend the funeral but my thoughts are with you and your family. I will see you once you are back in Hamilton. Much love
