Hello Thelma,
I'm so sad to have just learned of Len's passing. I tried many times to find you both but I was looking for you in Christchurch. Len was very kind and generous to me when I was just a silly young guy. He had a significant impact on my life around the values of hard work and ambition.
I do hope that Len did enjoy his last years in lovely Nelson and that you and your girls are coping and well. I often think of the happy days at El Cortez when you and your good friend Ann Johnson would enjoy the relaxation and fun of cabaret night when Ian was playing and dear Bill W was on guitar and singing!
My thoughts are with you.
