Len was such a great coach of the Aberdeen primary school soccer kids.
They all played their hearts out for him both at home and away!
Greatly remembered by kids and parents, especially my son Mark.

Was a very sad day when I received a call from Ngarita to say Len had just passed away. Len was a very close friend of mine for 75 years and Betty's friend for 60 years. A good old Huntly boy known in the town by most as Lennie or as Mountie during primary school days because of his desire to join the Royal Canadian Mounted Police when old enough. He became Head Prefect at Huntly West Primary in 1958. He was a true friend, hunting mate, and fishing and diving companion for many years until the passing years caught up. Will be sadly Missed.
