Laurence ZANDERS Obituary
ZANDERS, Laurence John Shaw. - Laurie finally ran out of steam in Waikato Hospital, on Wednesday night, the 4th September, 2013, aged 95 years, 8 months and 6 days. Dearly loved and respected husband of the late Joyce, and all his family. Father of Gloria, Robyn and Graham Tocker, Alison and Dave Bishop, grandfather of Mark and Nicky, Simon and Melanie, Kirsten and Derek; Adrian and Emma, Megan and Joe; Dean and Joyce, and Lauren and Kevin. Special great-granddad and poppa of Courtney and Britney; Georgia, Grace, Raife and Quinn; Matthew and Samara; Tyliese, Piata and Arama; and Cohen.
- A service to celebrate Laurie's life will be held at the Co-operating Church of St Clare, Tuhikaramea Road, Dinsdale, Hamilton, on Tuesday, 10th September, at 1.30pm, followed by a private cremation. Donations to St John Ambulance Association may be posted to Private Bag 3215, Hamilton or left in the Church foyer. All communications to the Zanders family, c/- 138 Grey Street, Hamilton 3216.
