Oh this is such sad sad news and our heartfelt thoughts and wishes go to all loved ones he leaves behind.
It just seems so hard to believe that we wont be shortly catching up with Kyle somewhere in the community for a yarn, some stories, fishing spot discussions for Anna, and always a laugh and good cheer. Casual interactions that always left you feeling better for them. A true professional because even though you may have started as a client he treated all like a friend and hence you became one.
Now that is a style and legacy to emulate.
The world has lost him too soon.

Kyle was an exceptional man in so many ways. We are so grateful to him for the way he spent so much time, energy and thought into finding our beloved forever home. We never felt like clients; we were friends. He will be very much missed in our community.

We are deeply saddened and shocked to learn of Kyle's passing. We purchased our property from him in 2019. And I (Susan) a few weeks ago saw him and we spoke briefly about how our property has flourished since we purchased this little slice of paradise. Let´s not mourn today. Let´s rather celebrate the life of Kyle John Leuthart. A man who touched the lives of many and left us feeling warm with his friendship.

We had Him for a shorter time than we should have.

But at least we had him.

Wallah - There will be a great turn out of people today. It´ll be standing room only. Not a dry eye in the house. As it should be for you mate.

You touched a lot of people and you had a lot of mates. As we coined you - "Everybody´s Mate".

Personally I´m gutted we never got that airline running between Hamilton and Raglan as we discussed over a couple of beers 25 years ago at our flat.

As always our foresight was bang on, predicting COVID-19 23 years before it happened, so we decided the airline industry was too risky.

So it´s with a sad yet celebratory heart that I say goodbye for now. Thanks for letting me get to know you. And call you a mate.
