Kate THORN Obituary

With heavy hearts we would like to announce the passing of Kate on 3rd April 2025. Kate was a loving wife to Brian, mother to Mandy and Mark, and Nana to Ethan, Stella and Flynn. She will be dearly missed by all. We will be celebrating Kate's life at Seddon Park Funeral Home in Hamilton at 2.00pm on Thursday 10th April and continuing the celebrations at Good George afterwards. All who knew and loved her are warmly invited to attend.

Without a doubt Kate (and Shona) were, in the 90s, the engine room of Swim Waikato. In the time where all organisation of running of national, Waikato and
club meets was voluntary, Kate gave enormously.
