Julie HOWE-SMITH Obituary

HOWE-SMITH,
Julie Christine Eva
(nee Warren):
My wonderful wife who exuded warmth, caring and fun from her big heart. So many great memories. She was much loved and will be sadly missed by her children Matt and Hannah, her dedicated parents Mary and Darcy Warren and sisters Diane, Sue and Kate, her nephews and nieces and extended family. A determined and courageous lady who passed away with grace and gratitude on 10 January 2015, aged 48. Living to share in Christmas and her children's recent birthdays, she is peacefully resting now. A service to celebrate Julie's life will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany, Auckland on Thursday 15 January 2015 at 3.30pm, followed by a private cremation. Instead of flowers please make donations to the North Shore Hospice, PO Box 331129, Takapuna whose care and support for her and the family was fantastic.

Dear Nick, Matthew & Hannah
My thoughts are with you at this very sad time. Julie was so kind to me when I first came to NZ, something I appreciated greatly and will never forget. She was always a pleasure to be around, generous of spirit, thoughtful, wickedly funny, and with a smile that could light up a room. Never forgotten.
Much love, Mandy

Dear Nick, Matt & Hannah my deepest condolences go out to your family. Julie was such a supportive and loving women with a huge heart of gold. She was someone who always radiated positivity and I will always remember her flipping the scoreboard at netball and coming down to support our volleyball team even though she was battling herself. Julie had the biggest, brightest, most genuine smile and it would instantly brighten up my day. Even though I'd only known Julie a short time I feel as though I've known her forever. She was such an amazing women and someone who I will never forget xox

Julie was such a sweetheart to me when I had my first daughter Millie in 2007. While I didn't see her as much in the last years, whenever I did Jules was as interested in my life as ever and always brightened my day. I will always remember fondly our times hanging out with Kirsten and more recently our occasional chats on the beach. Jules you are so missed. Much love Nick.

Jules, Whenever I thought of you I smiled. Although our friendship was only in the last 5 years since Hannah and Michellie became friends at St Leos, it feels much longer. You were an amazing lady with such a huge heart. We were always made to feel so welcome in your and Nicks's home. You had a way of making our kids always feel special. We will treasure all the memories but especially our girls night with you, me Hannah and Michellie, on your recent visit to the Sunshine coast in July. We are going to miss you so much. Nick, Matthew and Hannah thanks for sharing your amazing Wife and Mum with us. Lots of love Kim, Destry, Michellie, Clay and Brodie
