Joy LONGSHAW Obituary
Joy Norma (nee Neels):
Passed away at home on Sunday, 21st May 2023. Aged 82 years. Dearly loved wife of Ron for over 50 years. Beloved mother and mother-in-law to Michael & Maija, and Susan & Jen. Loved and adored grandmother to Daniels. A celebration of Joy's life will be held at the Woodside Estate, Woodside Road, Tamahere, Hamilton, on Wednesday, 31st May 2023, at 11.30am, followed by the burial at The Hautapu Public Cemetery. All communications to The Longshaw Family, c/- 3 Hallys Lane, Cambridge 3434.

We at Age Concern Waikato are saddened by the loss of Joy. In 2022 Joy came on board as a volunteer Visitor spending weekly time with isolated and lonely older people here in Hamilton. She was a great volunteer with a good sense of humour as well as a good sense of what is right. Joy made a big difference to these peoples lives and she will be missed.
