I had the privilege of working at Summerset with Jo since January. She quickly became one of my favourite ladies. We spent a lot of time going for walks outside, she was the fastest walker in the village! We would steal some time sitting in the sunshine and chatting till people would start to miss us! While she had started to forget who people were in the last month or so my last visit with her was wonderful. I had stopped working there and she asked where I had been, assuming I was on holiday and happy that I was enjoying life. I had brought strawberries and she devoured one with relish announcing that they were better than chocolate, which was saying something as she powered through chocolate! :) We cuddled and chatted until she requested a cup of tea and a biscuit. Jo made my time there so special, her visitors were equally lovely and myself and a number of the staff were particularly touched by the sweet, strong lady with such a heart for her boys. All my love to you both and your families!

A beautiful woman whose kindness is well remembered. Not to mention her talents as a baker - chocolate afghans, are still my downfall. Auntie Joe and Uncle Nate - bless your hearts. Jim and Allan take care

Jim, Allan and families, Jo was always very chirpy and welcoming to John and I. The happy memories of both your parents will always be remembered.
