Joseph STACK Obituary
Died suddenly on 18 June 2025 at his home in Te Puke, aged 76. Beloved son of the late Richard and Betty Stack. Brother of Gerard (Melbourne). Beloved fellow worker and founding priest in the Vineyard of the Diocese of Hamilton. Pastor and friend to many in Waihi, Kihikihi, Tairawhiti, Tauranga, and most recently Te Awamutu. Vigil Funeral Mass to be held at St Mary's Tauranga, 114 Elizabeth St, on Thursday 26 June, at 6.00pm. Requiem Mass at St Patrick's Church, Alexandra St, Te Awamutu, on Friday 27 June at 11.00am, followed by Christian Burial in Ohaupo Catholic Cemetery, where he will be laid alongside his brothers in the priesthood.
