Johnny MATHIS Obituary

The Mathis family along with Audrey would like to acknowledge everyone that has visited, baked, made meals and supported us during Johnny's illness. Thanks to the District Nurses, Tracey from Te Kohao Health, Putaruru Tirau Family Doctors, Putaruru Pharmacy and Putaruru Catholic Church. We have farewelled Johnny and appreciate each and everyone of you. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
