John MENZIES Obituary

Peacefully at Hetherington House, Waihi, on 26th January 2025; aged 93 years. Brother of Yvonne. Pre-deceased by his first wife, Elaine and sons Roger and Stephen. Fondly remembered by son Mark, John's second wife Gillian, and step-sons Mark and Carl. John was father-in-law of Marja and Margaret, and grandfather of Nick, Andre, Sam, Ben, and Renee and Kate. Companion of Raewyn. John's family would like to thank the staff at Hetherington House, Waihi for their care and support. A service to commemorate John's life will be held in The Grahamstown Chapel, 102 Kirkwood Street, Thames, on Tuesday 4th February at 11am, followed by private cremation.
