BACKHURST, John Edward:
On 16th December 2018, peacefully at home in Waihi. Aged 73 years. Beloved husband of Brenda. Father of Michael, Deborah, Angela and Nicola. Father in-law, grandad, great-grandad and poppa. A memorial service to celebrate John's life will be held at Te Aroha RSA, Rewi Street, Te Aroha, on Wednesday 19th December at 2.00pm. No flowers by request.
