Joan HAMILTON Obituary

Passed away peacefully on 23 January 2026, aged 98 years. Dearly loved wife and life long companion of the late William Hamilton. Loved mother of Peter, Stuart, and Karen. Very special Grandma of Rachel, Chris and Lindsay and Fiona. Treasured GGJ of Ali, Coen, and Isla, mother-in-law of Louise, sister of the late Betty Chidgey (UK). Joan was former Deputy principal of Te Awamutu College, long term resident of Waiheke Island, and priest for the Anglican Shared Ministry on Waiheke Island. A service for Joan will be held at Grange Manor, Davis Funerals, 400 Dominion Road, Mt Eden, on 31 January at 2.00pm. Joan's family would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Logan Campbell Retirement Village for taking such good care of her over many years.
