Jo JACKSON Obituary
Aged 74. Passed away peacefully surrounded by all her loving family, on Thursday 7th September 2017. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Leo, 54 years married last week. Wonderful Mum to David, Ilona, Michelle, and Andrew. Mother-in-law to Liz, Tahi, Gaine, Wendy, Jo, and Clark. Grandma to Lance, Danielle, Melissa, Jessica, Mitchell, Dellyn, Dayna, Luke, Tuku, Arran, Elliot, Grace, and Harry, and great-Grandma to Harper. A service for Mum will be held at The White Rose Chapel, 75 Cook Street, Hamilton East, on Tuesday 12th September, at 11.00am. So sad and sorry that I can't be there for Jo's funeral. What a strong woman and really understood the reality of the situation with her health. I will miss our visits to Raglan where Jo welcomed us all like royal guests. What great fun together over our years of fishing, cards, tab betting scrabble and all that music. What a great mate. Thinking of all of the family but especially Leo at this sad time
