Jessie McKIRDY Obituary
On 24 January 2024, aged 92 years. Now in heaven; home at last! Face to face with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Cherished and appreciated by her family, friends, and so many others who had the privilege of knowing her. A service for Erica will be held at the Whitiora Bible Church, 24 Abbotsford Street, Hamilton on Friday 2 February 2024 at 11.00am.
"After Jesus said these things, he looked toward heaven and prayed, "Father, the time has come. Give glory to your Son so that the Son can give glory to you. You gave the Son power over all people so that he could give eternal life to all those you have given to him. And this eternal life: that people can know you, the only true God, and that they can know Jesus Christ, the one you sent." John 17.1-3.

Rest in peace dear Erica, you always made my day when you popped into the workshop, your smile and love of our Lord brightened everywhere you went.

I remember Mrs McKirdy with great fondness from when she was my Bible In Schools teacher at Melville Primary School back in the 70s. Her and her husband both taught. They were both so kind and caring. Sympathies to her family on their loss.
