Janet JOHNSTONE Obituary

Passed away peacefully on Monday, September 11, 2023, aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill). Loved mother and mother-in-law of David and Glenda, and Margaret and Alan Murray. Loved mother-in-law of the late Susan Johnstone, and the late Mark Pincek. Grandmother of Linsay, Andrew, Anna, and Julia. Great-Grandmother of Harriet, Mabel, Ally, Lucas, Agnes, Arlo, and Olive. Loved sister of John, and the late Alex, Robert, William, James, Annie, Margaret, and Wright. Special companion to Bob. The family wish to express their gratitude to the staff at The Oaks Rest Home. At Janet's request, a private cremation has been held.

I worked with Mrs Johnstone when I first left school at Haywrights Church Corner and she was always very kind to me with a jolly laugh. She was a lovely lady and I have very fond memories of her in those days. My thoughts are with the family at this time.
