Passed away on 19 February 2026, aged 87 years. Loving husband of the late Cobi. Treasured dad of Hans and Kerrin (Australia), Ineke and Eric (Holland), Ellie and Lawrence. Loved Opa of Emma, Claire; Emiel, Michelle, Robert, Samantha; Sam, Mellissa, Amy and their partners. Loved old Opa to his great-grandchildren. Special Opa of Arco and Yvonne's daughters Kate, Emma and Allison. A special thank you to the residents at the Kowhai wing and staff of Matamata Country Lodge.
