James SWETMAN Obituary

On 2nd May 2025 at Eventhorpe Rest Home, aged 75 years. Loved son of the late Walter and Grace Swetman, dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Ian and Judy Swetman, and Jean and Kevin Nickson. Jim fought the long fight with cerebral palsy with courage and good humour without complaint all his life. He did not let his disabilities prevent him from living a full and active life such as he was able. Special thanks to staff at Eventhorpe who looked after Jim for the last 25 years, and also to Bill and Mike who gave so much of their time to Jim for so long. A private cremation and family get together has been held for Jim in accordance with his wishes.

May he rest in peace
