Helen SAXTON Obituary

Aged 98, died 30 March 2026 at Aparangi, Te Kauwhata. Loved wife of the late George and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Gillian and the late Robin, Rosalyn and Ross, Marian and Ewen, David and Wendy. A grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 11.
A service for Helen will be held at Grahams Chapel, West St, Tuakau on Wednesday, 8 April, at 11 am. A private burial of Helen's ashes will follow at Glen Murray Cemetery.

Our sincere condolences to all the Saxton family. Helen was our good neighbour for our years in Glen Murray. She was incredibly generous with her garden produce. We had many great holidays at Whitianga and Lake Tarawera

So very sorry to hear that your Mum has passed away.I still remember her from years ago She live a long life so you were all very lucky Like I was as my mum passed away at 99 Such a great age.... My thoughts are with the Saxton family. Helen was my bestest buddy in Glen Murray days, my go to in hard times. Always ready to walk the garden, a cuppa and something homemade to munch. I will always treasure our time together. Love always Lizzie
