Heather MACE Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Kenwyn Home, Te Aroha on Sunday 12 January 2025. Aged 93 years and 1 day. Devoted and much loved wife of the late Peter Mace. Loving mother and mother-in-law to Christine, Stephen & Lily, Donna & Steve Zeller, Dennis & Adrienne, Julie & Graeme Clarke. Loved nana to Jarrod, Tracey, Erin, Zoe, Phoebe, Meghan, Gene & Kyle. Great nana to Maia, Nile, Mace, Kaya, Lottie & Lily. Loved sister of Graham, Delwyn , Paul, Beverly (dec), Gaynor (dec) & Murray (dec). A celebration of Heather's life will be held at St Joseph's Catholic Church, Whitaker Street, Te Aroha on Saturday 18 January 2025 at 1.00pm. Heather's service will be live streamed please refer to funeralhome.co.nz. After the celebration you are warmly invited to the Te Aroha RSA for light refreshments. All communications to the Mace family c/- 10 Short St, Matamata.

Great memories of Heather & Peter staying couple days with us while we were in Tasmania.
Peter chasing a snake to get a picture while it crossed the road. Was a video taken of that.
