CLARKE, Heather Rachel:
Suddenly passed away on Wednesday, 19 September 2018, at Waikato Hospital surrounded by family and friends. Loved wife of the late Neil, loved mother of Peter and Jan, Darrell and Wayne, and special grandmother to Samantha, Connor and Keely, Matti and Abbie, and Kristian. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 26 September at 1.00pm, at Rosenvale, 363 Parklands Road, RD1, Te Awamutu. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the ambulance staff and ICU staff at Waikato Hospital.
