Passed away suddenly on 17th March 2020, aged 79 years. Loved mother of David and William. A Service for Hazel will be held at Alexandra House Chapel, 570 Alexandra St, Te Awamutu on Saturday, 21st March 2020 at 11am followed by burial at the Te Awamutu Cemetery.
