I knew Graham when he, Fred Britcher and Tim Magnus were trying to set up a venture out of Majors Creek in NSW in the late 60s using a battered Morris Oxford and Austin Gypsy for transport. Lost touch with hime when he disappeared to Kiwi. RIP Hannah

I first met Graham as an 18 year old at the Afghan Embassy in Tehran in 1967. We were both travelling overland from England to Australia.
Over the next 40 years we kept in touch, phoning and visiting each other whenever we could and watched each others' families grow.
I counted Graham as one of my dearest friends and am saddened in the extreme to learn of his passing.
As I used to tell him - the boy from Harrogate in Yorkshire did well by any measure.
Farewell my friend of nearly 50 years.
Deepest sympathies to Mel, Colleen, Rebecca, Linden & Jessica from Mike & Diane Devlin - Sydney Australia.

I first meet Graham in Hamilton through my father in the 1980's. 'Time warp' to 2010 when I worked with Graham and Rebecca. My memories of those years are fabulous ones and I'm so glad I got to tell Graham that last year when I was you all. I loved that Graham 'danced to his own beat', it made him who he was and the person we all loved, admired and respected. My best wishes and thoughts of quirky memories to you all.

We were so sorry to hear that Graham has left us. Lois travelled through Asia with him and Mike Devlin and Phil was the sing-along guitar player at Graham's beach parties in Sydney before he moved to NZ. We were so pleased to see him at the reunion in Sydney in 2000. He was certainly a "one off" and the world will be a duller place without him. Our sincere condolences to the family. G - I'm am dearly going to miss you my friend. You were always been there for me and we have shared many a laugh and dance.
A man of large stature, a HUGE heart, big and ready laugh and a true interest and caring of your friends and family.
You have left this world in a better place and have triumphed with your lovely family and friends.
As a visionary you were always looking and accomplishing the most magical of events both professionally and personally. Basically you were fun to be around regardless of what was happening. I was honoured to also be part of your WHAG family.
I am so going to miss you, the red wines, the bazaar hours and the beautiful friendship.
I am so glad to have been part of your life and am going to miss you the friend with the largest of life forces.
Rest in peace my Libra friend.
I will always remember you laughing, red wine in hand, sarong, pirate shirt and bare feet. The hippie.
With so much love your friend Kristin
