BATES, Graham Thomas:
Jan, Tracey, Vicky and their families would like to take this opportunity to express our sincerest appreciation for the thoughtfulness presented to us and the love we have been given during this time of bereavement. Our utmost thanks to all who came to celebrate Graham's life. We thank everyone for their kind thoughts and messages of condolence, your phone-calls, emails and your gifts of flowers and food, and your donations to Waikato Hospice. A special thanks to the members of The Mighty River Barbershop Chorus whose tribute to Graham was heartfelt. We would also like to say a very big thanks to all the Hospice nurses who attended Graham and the support you gave the family. A big thanks to Merrie Davis for her compassionate care. Your support enabled us to keep Graham at home where he wanted to be.
