Gordon WENHAM Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Sunday 4 August 2024 at Linda Jones Rest Home, Hamilton, with family at his side. Aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Janice. Loved father and father-in-law of Karen, Jackie & Ian. Loved grandfather of Regan & Erin, Surrey & Darryl and Breanna. Hayley & Lucas and Nat. Loved great-grandfather of Zeno, Isla and Sienna. A service will be held at White Rose Chapel, 75 Cook St, Hamilton, on Thursday 8 August at 1.00pm, followed by refreshments at Matte Black Cafe, St Andrews Golf Course, 64 St Andrews Tce, Hamilton. Communications c/o James R Hill Funeral Directors, 97 Tuhikaramea Road, Dinsdale, Hamilton 3204. Sincere thanks to the staff of Enliven Waikato and Linda Jones Rest Home for their care of Gordon the last few years.

Dear Karen and Jackie
My memories of your parents, Gordon and Janice, are mainly from our years as children, as close family friends. I remember them as incredibly kind, generous, and fun (and not as strict as my parents :-)). I was so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing recently and know you will miss him terribly.
