Condolences and heartfelt thoughts and memories from the Bird Family, Alan and Margaret, Alison, Robert and Stephen. To the Dickey Family who welcomed us to Mt Maunganui and became a close and special part of our settlement in NZ. Their home being a welcoming, generous and fun place to share time together. Glenys you will be missed and our love and condolences to Greta, Brian and Paul.

My deepest sympathy to you all.Glenys was my Mum June's bridesmaid.They both lived on No1 Road.Mums maiden name was Flavall.
We also lived at Waitoa and I remember Glenys,Delia and Marj being an amazing trio.
So glad I spoke to Glenys after Mum died last April.

We have great memories of many enjoyable times in the company of Glenys and Ron, in their home around the piano, at the races and other social activities. A lovely lady and a wonderful hostess. Glenys Dickey, much loved life long friend of my Mother Lei Deehan. Much loved 'Aunty' of Louise, Angela and Patrick. We all remember Glenys for her love of life, family, fun times and great sense of humour. Glenys lit up the room with her wondrrful smile and warmth. Mum will very much miss you.
