Yesterday

I grew up in Leamington and in 1969 /70 when I was biking home from school, used to stop in at the store (?IGA / 4 Square) in Leamington everyday.
I recall Colleen used to let me ring Mum to check if we needed groceries. She would just nod when I asked to use the phone.
Those were the days when things could " go on tick"

I was in Leamington on a rare visit last Tuesday and smiled at childhood memories of it.
I was only a kid and thought Colleen was so grown up.
