On 21st April 2021 peacefully at Auckland, aged 87 years. Loved and respected priest of the Diocese of Hamilton, loved brother and brother-in-law of Tess and the late Pat O'Regan, Maureen and Jack Whooley, loved uncle of Frank, John-Joe, Mary, Stephen, Michael, Anne-Marie, and Christopher, and great-uncle to his many great-nieces and nephews.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated at The Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 494 Grey Street, Hamilton, on Tuesday 27th April at 12.00 noon, the funeral then leaving for the Ohaupo Catholic Cemetery. Vigil Mass at The Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 84 Kelmarna Avenue, Herne Bay, Auckland, on Monday evening at 7.00pm.
