Eileen BURTON Obituary

Peacefully at Te Kuiti Hospital on Wednesday 9th August 2023, surrounded by her loving children. Aged 94 years. Dearly loved wife of the late John Eric. Loving and cherished mother and mother-in-law Judith and Dave Butler, Elaine and Louis (dec) Keefe, Stephen and Christine, Michael and Denise, Andrew and Lynda, Yvonne and Kelvin, Rick and Karen, Patrick, Matthew (dec), Josephine and Garry, Simon and Joliene. Much loved Nana to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Rosary is to be held at St Georges Catholic Church, Te Kuiti, 7.00pm on Sunday 13th August 2023. A celebration of Eileen's busy life will be held at St Georges Catholic Church, Te Kuiti on Monday 14th August, at 1.00pm, followed by interment at Te Kuiti Cemetery. My Nana Burton was the best Nana ever I really really really miss her but like I always say to myself she is in a better place with Popa Burton and uncle Mathew live U guys sooo much fly high and I can not.wait to see U in the next life time

I'm so sorry to hear of your passing beautiful lady. I would have been there to farewell you but have just found out. So many memories of our time working in the shop. Our love of sewing, cooking and family gave us so much in common. Big hugs to all your children. Love Janine
