Edwin LORD Obituary
Passed away suddenly at Waikato Hospital, on 3rd January 2018, in his 84th year, surrounded by his loving family. Much loved and cherished husband of Shirley for nearly 60 years. Loved and respected father and father-in-law of John, David and Jo, Jennifer and Rex Needham, Trish and Darrel McBurney. Much loved Grandad and Poppa of 13 and great-grandad of 4. A celebration of Noels life will be held at Alexandra House Chapel, 570 Alexandra St, Te Awamutu on Monday, 8th January 2018, at 11.00am, followed by burial at The Te Awamutu Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations for Te Awamutu St John would be appreciated and may be left at the service. All communications to the Lord family, PO Box 137, Te Awamutu.

Uncle NoelI didnt really get to spend a lot of family time with u all. Only when mum and dad went up to see nana and pop. .did we then get the chance to see you. Hi To the Lord Family... Ill always remember Uncle Noel... Thanks for the times...feeding out hay from the tractor.... Jesus scarred me for years.... so I became a Nurse...(not a farmer) Thankyou for your grounded advice... spoke to me through my parents... and from you personally.. The last Time I saw you was at our Bach here in Paraparaumu.... I remember that... Thankyou for supporting Mum and Dad...
