Edward McQUILLAN Obituary
Passed away peacefully in Dunedin after a short illness, aged 78. Formerly of Tasman Village, Morrinsville. Beloved husband of the late Patricia McQuillan. Cherished father of Nicholas and Barry, and father-in-law of Antoinette and Djarne. Proud grandfather to Aimee, Holly, Conor, Brialey and Ethan. Dear brother of the late Bruce and of Malcolm, brother-in-law to Diane and Paul. Eddie served his country with honour in the Royal New Zealand Navy and the New Zealand Fire Service. A private memorial service will be held at a later. The family extends special thanks to the staff of Dunedin Hospital for their dedicated care and compassion. Such sad news to hear of Eddie's passing. Eddie was a much loved and respected cousin of ours. He will always be remembered as an energetic, vibrant and caring personality. Our condolences to his brother Malcolm, sons Nicholas & Barry and their extended families.

Eddie was a member of the Morrinsville Bowling Club. He was a lovely gentleman who will be missed by us all. To his family, I am sure you have many lovely memories of Eddie that you will treasure for ever.
