Edward HUGHES Obituary
Born 23 June 1932 in Te Aroha, from Te Awamutu and most recently Hamilton. Died peacefully at Waikato Hospital on Saturday 5 July 2025 aged 93 years, surrounded by close family. He has hammered his last nail, hit his last drive, driven his last VW and ridden into the sunset. Loving husband of Pam, father to Matthew (Mash) and Lee, Theresa, Richard and Sarah (Winchester, England), and Nicola (Christchurch). Grandad to Seamus, Josh, Rhiannon, Morgen, Oliver, Millie, Georgie and Charlie. Great-Grandad to Ziggy, Remi and Penny. A private cremation has been held at Pellow & Hill Funerals Hamilton and a celebration of Eddie's life will be held on Saturday 12 July, 1.00pm, at 25 Reynolds Drive, Glenview, Hamilton. Light refreshments will be provided.
