Donald Leslie (Don): F.C.A.

The Don left the room to his favourite Jazz tunes and surrounded by his loved ones. He is now at peace with his music and his beloved wife Carol. A man of many charms, a walking Wikipedia, an all time champion of Trivial Pursuit, a man of great kindness coupled with an astute and respected business mind. Above all a man who loved and cherished his family of 4 sons and wonderful daughter, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Much Loved brother.

We love you our very dear Dad xxx

We met through Toastmasters back in the 80s, when you were President of the Waikato Chamber of Commerce, board member of Tourism Waikato and in many other capacities. An amazing contributor to the community and I never met you without a smile on your face. Will be missed.

Don was a regular requester to RNZ's Saturday Night Requests asking for jazz numbers. He always mentioned his late wife Carol and occasionally posted photos. He will be missed by his SNR family. RIP Don
