Desmond VERCOE Obituary
Of Rukuhia, Hamilton, passed away on the 31st of January 2023, peacefully surrounded by his family. Dearly loved Father to John, Caroline, Rebecca, and Jolene. Father-in-law to Jodi, Richard, Duane, and Shane. Poppa to 8 Grandchildren & 2 Great-Grandchildren. Son of the late Lawry & Florence Vercoe and brother to Richard Vercoe and late sister Dora Laurence. A service for Desmond will be held at Hamilton Park Cemetery, Park Chapel, 395 Morrinsville Road, Hamilton, on Saturday 4th February 2023 at 11:00am. I have fond memories of Des - he was a wonderful dancer and spent many evenings teaching Allan and I to waltz, in preparation for our wedding day. My thoughts are with you John, Caroline, Jo, Becky and families at this time.xx Nicola and Allan Parnwell

So very sorry to hear that your Dad has passed away. He was as such a quiet gentle man.Always remember what a wonderful friend and neighbour Both Des and Kath were to { Mum} Betty L´Huillier...Both very special to her. Thinking of you all at this very Sad Time.
