Desmond Charles (Des):
On Sunday 12 March 2023 peacefully at Linda Jones Retirement Village, Hamilton, aged 86 years. Loving husband of Joy for 61 years. Much loved Dad of Craig and Jenni; Wendy and Mary; Dean and Catherine; Wade and Racheal. Adored Grandad of Laura, Joel, Hamish, Carson, Leah, Olivia, and Ashlee, and Great-Grandad of Oskar and Margot. Life time friend to many. A celebration of Des' life will be held at The Henley, 151 Maungatautari Road, Cambridge, on Friday 17 March at 1.00pm, followed by private cremation. Correspondence to the Bell family, C/- PO Box 276, Hamilton 3240.
