David, Helen and family, sending our heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Although Dax and Vanessa were only babies when you left Te Mahoe, fond memories of you have often been at the forefront of my thoughts. Reading this about Dax has been a shock. To the Lloyd family, my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Dax. He was a wonderful person. I met him at CSA and myself and our other friend Sean we were the three Musketeers. He brought a lot of Joy to people's lives and that will be greatly missed. To Valhalla Dax

Dax was larger than life and I will miss his laugh in the office. I always enjoyed our chats and he certainly made the office a more interesting place. He will be missed. May he rest in peace.

An incredible man that left an imprint on me

So sorry to hear the sad news, and my thoughts are with the Lloyd Clan. My mum and I were just reminiscing about Dax's car racing antics, which didn't always end well ... just like mine when he was riding with me. Many stories and memories with Doug, Dean, Barry, and the Cambridge High crowd. Dax had an infectious laugh and smile, from 3rd form, to London, Sydney, and the 30-year reunion. A unique name for a unique character who will continue to touch the lives of all who know him. Your friend, Leo
