We were saddened to hear of David's passing. It has been our intention to make contact before this. David was my "lunchtime buddy" when we worked in Pipitea Street Thorndon many of the walks took us to a pub or twofor a quick 5 ounce....

So sad to hear of Dave's passing. Dave was my Boss for 9 months NZED back in 1977. I was with NZED for just over 10 years. I also played many games of tennis with and against him. (St Pat's club changed to Marist I think).

We are so sad to hear of the passing of David. He was a wonderful man to our whanau. I remember travelling to Pahiatua to have dinner with David and Annette just before Dion and I got married and his sense of humour, graciousness and how down to earth he was. Thinking of you all and sending love, Kristina Keyes-Kumeroa and Dion Kumeroa
