On Thursday 30 October 2018 (unexpectedly) at Waikato Hospital with family at his side. Aged 79 years. Loved husband and friend of Brenda for 55 years. Much loved Dad of Karen (deceased), Rowena and Laura. Cherished Grandad of Millissa, Arran and William.

A celebration of David's life will be held at the Hamilton Park Crematorium Chapel, 395 Morrinsville Road, Newstead, on Monday 5 November at 2.00pm. Correspondence to the Martin family, C/-PO Box 276, Hamilton 3240.
