Aged 87, has raced his final race. He caught his last wave on 10 February 2026, at Waikato Hospital surrounded by his family. Much loved husband of Thelma, dad and grandad of Janine and Sean, Greg and Leeann, Tracey and Richard, and their families. We welcome you to celebrate Dan's life with us at Waihi Beach RSA on 27 February at 2.00pm.
