Dearly loved husband of Joy for nearly 59 years, loved Dad of Warrick & Jenny, Tony & Marga, Lisa & Michael. Loved Grandad of Trixie, Oscar, Eloise & Cora, Nathan, Sarah and Samuel. Loved Great-Grandad of Katelyn, Rylan and Mason. A private service has been held to celebrate Graeme's life. Special thanks to staff at San Michele Hospital, the Hospice team & Dr Reid.
