Dear Aunty Norma Michael Joanne Warwick Wendy Stephen Tamara Alison Richard and family So sorry to hear that my favourite Uncle had passed away. He and Norma were so kind to me when i stayed for 6 months. They were the best times. He made sure i didn't waste the 6 months whilst i was there. I learned to drive in New Zealand and went on a wonderful coach trip around the South Island. He told me to go around Skippers Canyon. He said when he went around it, it cost 2 and 6 and bring your own toilet roll! Luckily i sat on the side of the mini bus facing land and not the sheer drop otherwise i would have needed the toilet roll! i got to really know all my cousins, aunt and uncle and think so much of all of you and just wish we lived alot closer in distance to help at this very sad time

My condolences to Norma and family at this sad time. I worked with Chris at Hamilton Boy's High School from 1976 onwards, and during an evening discussion at a school camp at Te Kauri Lodge discovered that we both came to New Zealand on the same voyage of the TSS Captain Cook in in 1957. I will always have happy memories of those days.
