Peacefully with family by his side, on 29th August 2024. Dearly loved husband of the late Dorothy. Cherished Dad of Karen, Anne, Jill and Robyn, and their partners. Treasured Grandad of Glen, Kyle (deceased), Chrissie, Samantha and Scott, and his great-grandchildren.

Charlie
Was a headmaster at Hinuera Primary School in the late 1960s
He was an outstanding teacher and headmaster. I had the pleasure of telling him at a school reunion a few years ago.
