On 26 January 2026, peacefully in Hamilton; aged 98 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Owen. Loved mother of Dennis, and Linda.

Loved by many.

A celebration of Cathie's life will be held in the White Rose Chapel, 75 Cook Street, Hamilton East on Friday 30 January 2026 at 1.00pm. Followed by private cremation.

What a lovely lady 'Aunt' Cathie was. Called her Aunt because Dad and Mum were friends with Owen and Cathie. Always called in when we could but not been to Hamilton since Covid due to Mum's frailty. Mum and Cathie went to Norfolk Island 15 years ago for a week and enjoyed it. What a decent person she was and always with a smile on her face. Another great distinguished person gone...such is the march of time.
