Brian HENWOOD Obituary
4.3.1931 - 11.4.2023
Brian passed in his sleep at Atawhai Assisi Tamahere. Dearly loved husband, for over 70 years, of Jessie. Father and father-in-law of Wayne & Jenny, Noel & Janet, the late Sandra, Lance & Debbie, and Darryl & Ely. Special father to Donna & Sam. Grandfather to David, Geoffrey, Kym, Tara, Sydney, Olivia, Shauna, Brianna & Elijah, and great-grandfather of Lucas & Annabel. Thanks to the staff at OPR Ward 5 Waikato Hospital and Atawhai Assisi for their care and compassion. A celebration of Brian's life will be held in the Seddon Park Chapel, 49 Seddon Road, Frankton, Hamilton, on Monday 17th April, at 1.30pm. Brian's service will be live-streamed. My Deepest Sympathy and Condolences to Jessie and Wayne and his Brothers, I was grateful to catch up with Cousin Brian in 2019 and 2020, My Late Grandma was Miriam May Henwood who was know as May Henwood to the family and was a half sister to Charlie Henwood his Dad, May God Uphold you All in the Palm of his Hand at this time, My Apologies to the Family unfortunately I won't be able to get to the Funeral

To Jessie and the Henwood family, please accept our deepest condolences' for the passing of Brian all though i had not seen him for a number of years we had a working relationship through General Foods Tip Top going back to 1969, knowing his boys through coaching rugby and work, a Family man respected by all and a community minded individual,R I P Brian.
