Betty passed away peacefully on Sunday, 5 April 2026, aged 95 years. Cherished wife of the late Edward. Much-loved mother of Gordon, Jan, and the late Bruce. Wonderful sister of Alex and the late Mary and Pat. Mother-in-law of Jean and Debbie. Adored grandmother of Nick, Angie, Lucy, Stephen, Cam, Rochelle, Kristina, Andre, Brielle, Chase, and partners Kristie, Russ, Justin, Rose, Charlie, Lara, Ben, and Rochelle. Great-grandmother of Malachi, Stella, Harlie, Charlie, River, Louis, Bodhi, Indy, Jacob, Noah, Aston, Sybella, Augie, Wolfie, Rocco, Lennox and another great-grandchild on the way. Our Bet, our Nan, was an elegant lady with a beautiful soul, deeply loved and widely respected. We treasure the many memories shared, the wisdom she bestowed upon us and feel so proud and blessed to have had her in our lives. A celebration of Bet's extraordinary life will be held on Tuesday, 14 April 2026, 11:00 am, at the Union Parish Church, 43 Queen Street, Cambridge.
