Betty BAKER Obituary
Our beautiful mother passed away peacefully on 2nd February 2026, aged 89 years. Reunited with her loving husband Ken. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Allan (dec) & Sue, Sheryle, Kevin & Ruve, Wendy & David. Adored by her 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
'In God's Hands'
A Celebration of Betty's life will be held at St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 80 Mutu Street, Te Awamutu on Tuesday, 10th February at 11am, followed by burial at The Hamilton Park Lawn Cemetery, Newstead. The service will be livestreamed, please email [email protected] for the link. Donations welcome to the Te Awamutu Presbyterian Church and may be left at the service. I have so many lovely memories of Betty and Ken. Betty was always such a beautiful person who lived life with grace and fun. I had hoped we could have been close friends again as we both were searching for final retirement places. I have lovely memories and I will treasure them until we meet again. Rest easy Betty. God has given another angel their wings x
