Beryl WARD Obituary

Peacefully slipped away in her sleep at Resthaven on Burns on Thursday, 30th January 2025, aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Neil. Much loved mother of Shane & Christine, Craig & Alison, the late John, and Grandma to Jamie, Sampson, Fern, and Keir. A private farewell has taken place. A memorial gathering to celebrate Beryl's life will be held at Rosetown Chapel, 262 Ohaupo Road, Te Awamutu, on Sunday, 9th February 2025, at 1.30pm. All communications to the Ward Family, c/- 262 Ohaupo Road, Te Awamutu 3800.

Aunty Beryl, we loved the times you and Neil came and visited us in Melbourne.

We had so many laughs baking with you and our tins were always fill when you were here. Lots of sightseeing trips together. We introduced you to Aussie Rules football and took you to your first game.

Always a place to stay on our trips to New Zealand.

Beryl, it's comforting to know that after nearly two years apart you are back in the arms of your beloved Neil.

We will always treasure the lovely gifts you have made for us on your sewing machine, something you loved doing, and so talented.

Rest peacefully now knowing you will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Forever in our hearts.
