Barbara REA Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Metlifecare St Andrew's, on Thursday, 2nd April 2026, aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Doug. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Andrew and Mandy, Ian and Nelly, and Catherine. Cherished grandmother of eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Barbara was a treasured member of the Metlife St Andrew's community, having made her home in the village since 2014, before moving into the care centre three years ago. A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Metlifecare St Andrew's for the wonderful care and kindness shown to Barbara during her time in the village and in the care centre. In accordance with Barbara's wishes, a private farewell has been held. Very sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. I spent many days with Barbara, living in the village. We enjoyed the , Craft afternoons, With her sisters Doreen and Marjorie.
They are together now.
