Surrounded by family, at Summerset Down the Lane, on Monday 15th January 2024, aged 90 years. Devoted and beloved wife of the late Bob for 66 years. Much, much loved Mum and Mother-in-law of Michael, Cynthia & David, Geoff & Sheryl, Gloria & Peter. Dearly loved Grandma of Brad, Cam, Amy, Anita, Brayden, Orion, Kordell and Great-Grandma of her
9 great-grandchildren.

Now reunited with her beloved Bob in the Presence of her Lord.

Family wish to thank the absolute amazing staff of Summerset Down the Lane for their precious love and care to Mum. In preference to flowers a donation to True Colours Children's Health Trust may be made in memory of Avis. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Avis's life to be held at Hillcrest Baptist Church, cnr Knighton Road and Clyde Street Hamilton on Saturday, 20th January 2024, at 1pm.

Dear Avis's Extended Family
Our condolences to you at the death of your dear Mum. We rejoice that her life is continuing with Jesus and Bob in heaven.
We remember your Mum as a loving, affectionate, generous hostess. In spite of adversities she remained hopeful and cheery. Her concern was primarily for the blessing of others.
God bless you as you go with all the things you have to do to clear up things after her , as she did for others.

Our love prayers are with you all at this sad but thankful time. Avis was truly a woman of great love, faith, prayer & grace.
We are sorry we can´t be with you all at her funeral but Kelvyn has his shoulder replacement surgery tomorrow & will still be in hospital.
